7 Days in the Sahara was all about two guys competing in the 245km / 7-day, Marathon des Sables - a foot race across the Moroccan Sahara. Why? To raise funds for the Cancer Social Work team at St. Vincent’s hospital in Melbourne, Australia.
The race is now just a sandy memory, but what an incredible memory it is. We're now back at work and life is returning to some semblance of normaility!
Our fund raising total finished at just over $154,000.00 - a figure we never dreamed we'd reach, and are still amazed by, so pleaqse keep an eye on this website for information on how that money is put to good use.
A very, very humble 'Thank you' to everyone who turned this dream into a reality...
